Who is Offsider for?
Service businesses that live on bookings: gyms, martial arts academies, clinics, salons, studios, bathhouses, allied health. If your revenue arrives one phone call or enquiry at a time, this is built for you.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so we quote after a call rather than publishing numbers that would be wrong for half the people reading them. The pricing page shows the four things we sell, what drives the number up or down, and what you will never be charged for.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. Most people start with one problem, usually missed calls or follow-up. Every build starts with the same ninety-minute intake, and everything else is there when you want it. Nothing is bundled to force your hand.
Is this just AI?
No. Some of it uses AI, and where it does, the value is in the policy layer: what the assistant may say, what it must never say, and when it hands to a human. Plenty of what we do has no AI in it at all: websites, training, checklists, follow-up systems.
Will an AI say something wrong to my customers?
It can, which is why we train on your real policies and publish our own production mistakes on the front desk page. The system is forbidden from inventing prices, it holds your positions under pressure, and it hands to a human when it should stop talking.
What happens on the first call?
You talk, we listen, and we ask about where enquiries actually leak. You get a straight answer about whether we can help and what it would involve. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.
Do I need to change my software?
Usually not. We build around what you already run. If something genuinely needs replacing we will say so and explain why, but ripping things out is a last resort, not a sales tactic.
Where are you based?
Sandgate, in Brisbane. We run our own two venues here, and we work with service businesses Australia-wide.
Is my customers' data safe?
Phone numbers are hashed in our systems, conversations expire, nothing becomes a marketing list, and you own and can take everything we build. The security and data page has the full version, including the certifications we do not hold.
