Pricing

Four things we sell. Priced after a call, on purpose.

A published price would be wrong for half the people reading it, because a gym with one location and a clinic with four do not need the same thing. So here is the honest middle ground: exactly what you can buy and what drives the number up or down, then a quote in writing after fifteen minutes on the phone.

What you can actually buy

Four things, built around three jobs. Each can be bought on its own, because nothing here is bundled to force your hand.

Where every build starts

The Intake

Ninety minutes with the owner that gets your policies out of your head and onto paper. Sold on its own, and you keep the document whether or not you buy anything else. If you go on to a build, you do not pay for the extraction twice.

The front desk

Front desk

Missed call textback in a real voice, two-way SMS, web chat, the email inbox agent and follow-up, all on one policy layer. Turn on the channels you need. One setup fee, then a monthly fee. Running cost inside that is under $20 a month and we show you the bill. Carries the 30-day catch guarantee.

The training

Offsider Training

Staff practise the hard conversation against a character that pushes back and are scored on what they said. Three modules on one engine. A setup fee for your scenarios and marking standard, then a monthly fee sized to your team, not per head.

The website

Websites

A conversion-first site, built and launched in days. A fixed price agreed in writing before anything starts, half up front. This very site is the pattern.

Ongoing services are month to month. Build work is a fixed scoped price agreed before anything starts, not an hourly meter.

How an engagement works

Start with a call

Fifteen minutes. You talk, we ask about where enquiries leak, and you get a straight answer about whether we can help.

A scoped quote

In writing, in plain language: what gets built, what it costs, what you can measure when it is done. No line items you cannot explain to your accountant.

Month to month

Ongoing services run month to month. No lock-in contracts, because keeping you should be our job every month, not the paperwork's.

Walk away freely

You own what we build for you: your site, your content, your playbooks, your prompt. Leaving is easy, which is precisely why people stay.

What actually moves the number.

The single biggest driver is how much of your business is written down. If your policies, prices, timetable and the twenty positions you hold live only in your head, extracting them is the work, and that is the part that takes time. That extraction is The Intake, and it is the first thing we do. If you already have SOPs that are current, we read them instead and you pay less.

After that: how many locations, how many channels you want answered, whether your booking system will talk to anything, and whether you want a site built or just wired up. None of those are surprises we spring later. They are the questions on the first call.

What does not move the number: how big your business is. We are not pricing off your revenue, we are pricing off the work.

You will never see these from us

  • A lock-in contract
  • A setup fee that reveals itself at invoice
  • A per-conversation charge that punishes a good month
  • A cancellation fee
  • A price that changes because we found out what you earn
  • An editor licence you pay for forever

One number we will publish: the front desk runs at under $20 a month.

That is the raw running cost per business, measured on our own live system: the phone number, a few cents per text, fractions of a cent per AI conversation, a voice greeting generated once and cached forever. We publish it because it is true and because it frames the real question. Not what the system costs, but what the missed calls cost.

We are telling you our cost on purpose. It means when you see the monthly fee you know precisely what you are paying for, which is the work and the policy layer, not the software.

And the front desk carries a 30-day catch guarantee: if it does not catch a real enquiry in your first 30 days, that month's fee is free. The plain terms are on the front desk page.

Get your quote

Fifteen minutes, no deck, no pressure. You get a straight answer about whether we can help and a written quote after it. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call.
